- Relationship Management: Relationship management focuses on using emotional intelligence to navigate and enhance social interactions. This involves effective communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, and building positive relationships. Individuals skilled in relationship management can influence and inspire others, fostering a positive and cooperative environment.
